This option is also perfect if you are attending the Thursday Technique & Speed session each week to compliment your existing training program.

The Technique & Speed Training sessions are run every Thursday at 5am for 60 minutes and start from outside Teneriffe Athletic Club (meet near carpark). They're designed to boost your running performance and efficiency.

Held outdoors, these sessions are perfect for all fitness levels. The program is structured into four-week blocks, each focusing on different aspects of running: Hill Strength, Distance-Based Intervals, and Time-Based Intervals (Fartlek).
