Club KT director Katie is a personal trainer and running coach with a deep love for the outdoors. During the first COVID-19 lockdown in March 2020, she recognised the need for community-based outdoor fitness sessions and has been passionate about fostering community health and fitness ever since. Katie believes in a balanced, holistic approach to achieving personal goals and has recently joined the Teneriffe Athletic Club (TAC) team as the resident run coach, working alongside a highly qualified group of coaches dedicated to supporting members in their athletic and wellness pursuits.

Katie leads the 5am TAC Run Club Technique & Speed Session on Tuesdays and the 5am TAC Run Club Endurance Session on Wednesdays. She recommends incorporating these sessions with the Monday TAC Track Training (strength & conditioning) class and the Thursday TAC Athletic (upper body strength) class, especially for athletes preparing for upcoming running events or anyone looking to improve their overall fitness.

In addition to her work at TAC, Katie offers personal training sessions by private booking, leads regular free community run clubs and weekend social runs, and provides personalised online run programs. She is passionate about helping runners and those new to running with strength and conditioning programs, ensuring they reach the start line injury-free, happy, and ready to crush their personal bests!

Katie runs two expertly coached sessions each week, designed to help you achieve your running goals while enjoying beautiful local routes and connecting with our supportive community.

This is the perfect way to connect with fellow runners in your community while challenging yourself. The Club KT x SHOKZ Run Club is a complimentary community session, and Katie also hosts several other free run clubs for the community.
